Customize your Deposition System
The Hex range of deposition systems is ideal for many PVD applications and the modular design makes it so simple to adapt as your research changes. Just like one of our customers in Switzerland who added panel for microwave plasma sources manufactured in their in house engineering department to our standard Hex-L PVD system.
See how the Hex Series could change your research and make your budget stretch to cover 3 systems in 1! contact us

Medical Robotics – Deposition with the Hex Series
Coatings from The Hex deposition system at Imperial College London were featured in Advanced Optical Materials.
Abstract:
In article number 1700031, Ebubekir Avci, Maria Grammatikopoulou, and Guang-Zhong Yang report the design, manufacturing, and control of an untethered articulated microrobot under laser light. The two-photon photopolymerization (2PP) method is used to manufacture the mechanism. Development of a floating multicomponent optical micromechanism is significant because the articulated microrobots have potential to be used in complex biomedical applications where control in 3D space is required.
