Dr. Bryan Stuart

Engineering & R&D Director

‘Bryan has over 10 years of experience in the development of next generation Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) technologies for enhancing manufacturing capabilities in Biomaterials and Energy Storage applications from Solar Cells to Solid State Batteries. He joined Korvus in 2024 , leading R&D as they seek to broaden and scale their product range.

Bryan holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham University and was a post doc at the University of Oxford Department of Materials with over 20 publications in Advanced Material thin films applications.

Kyle Matharu

Operations Manager

Kyle joined Korvus in 2025 following over a decade spent with a fellow Judges Scientific company, working across a variety of roles within Operations culminating in leading the Production Team. Kyle has a wealth of experience & expertise in Operations Management, joining Korvus to further develop & steer Operations as the business grows.
 

Stephen Ottaway

Managing Director

Stephen has 20 years experience building and growing global scientific instrumentation SMEs, working in applications, technical sales and general management. 

Stephen holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Science and an executive MBA from Henley Business School. Stephen joined Korvus in November 2022 as Managing Director.
