PVD and Plasma Diagnostics in the Semiconductor Industry
Korvus Technology/ Impedans Crossover Webinar
One of the unique selling points of Korvus Technology’s “HEX Series” of PVD systems is that customers can integrate any third-party components on standard vacuum flanges at any point after initial purchase of the system. Some key examples of this integration with Korvus’ users are the plasma diagnostic tools, particularly the Langmuir probe and “Quantum” m-QCM from Impedans.
Join this webinar to learn about the role of PVD in the semiconductor industry and how running plasma diagnostics in conjunction with PVD can help users in R&D, both in Universities and Industry, to fine-tune their processes.
Schedule:
15:00-15:25: Korvus Technology’s discussion on their role in the PVD market as it relates to semiconductors, and some examples of Plasma Diagnostics integration into their systems.
15:25-15:50: Impedans’ discussion on the role of Plasma Diagnostics in the semiconductor industry, especially as it relates to PVD and Ion Beam Etching.
15:50-16:00: Q&A Session
All registered parties will receive a link to access the recording of this webinar after October 29th.
